Former Griz QB Jordan Johnson was in Court on Tuesday and has asked the court to set a jury trial date on the criminal matter accusing him of one count of sexual intercourse without consent. Though no official trial date has been set, Judge Townsend indicated that February would be the earliest a trial could be held. Given the quantity of evidence that still may or may not be turned over to the defense following the Court’s review of it, that date may be moved back later into 2013.
