Today the Missoula City cellular phone ban while driving will be enforced. This ban makes it a crime to talk or text on your cell phone while driving. It does allow a driver to use a hands free device. An issue that was not addressed in this ordinance is: can you use your cell phone to call a number, then be hands free? What do you think?
