Roxanna Smith, 31 years old of Missoula showed up to Adult Probation and Parole for her standard probation meeting. As part of a standard meeting, she was given a urinalysis to test her system for illegal drugs. While her results were pending, Smith began to act strangely and was grasping at her pockets. The urinalysis came back positive for methamphetamine, THC (marijuana) and opiates. Smith was arrested for the probation violation and searched. During the routine search officers found a pipe and two baggies with what appeared to be meth crystals in them. Smith was arrested on the probation violation and now faces new felony charges for drug possession.
