Mike Volesky is the Deputy Director of the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks. On August 22, 2013 he was charged with assault following allegations that he had punched another man in Downtown Helena. This week Volesky entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with the Lewis & Clark County Attorney’s Office which essentially will dismiss the charges if Volesky does not violate any laws for a period of time. Conditions of the agreement are that he receive an anger management assessment and not contact the victim.
