On December 6, 2012 it is alleged that Nathan Lee William Calvert killed Doug Morigeau and attempted to kill his wife Cheryl Morigeau in Dixon, Montana. On February 5, 2013, Calvert plead not guilty to charges of deliberate homicide and attempted deliberate homicide in Sanders County District Court. If convicted, Calvert faces life in prison.
