Judnich Law Firm has offices in both Missoula and Bozeman, Montana. Our original office was in Missoula, but we were getting so many clients throughout Montana that we decided to set up an additional shop in Bozeman as well.

Though born in Billings, Kerry left the bussle of Seattle where for nearly twenty-five years she worked in the Electric Utility Industry. Part of her responsibility was to review the contractual Terms and Conditions on the projects in which she was involved.
It was this interest in the law and it's application that lead Kerry to Judnich Law Office. Kerry now is the main point of contact for most clients at the firm.
Carrie is a 2016 graduate of the University of Montana School of Law. During law school, Carrie was the Executive Editor for the Montana Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Team, and a teaching assistant. Since graduating law school, Carrie has defended clients in nearly every type of criminal case. She has practiced extensively before municipal courts, district courts, and the Montana Supreme Court.
Carrie is a skilled trial attorney with a proven record of winning trials from DUIs to felony sexual assaults. Equipped with extensive trial and negotiation skills, Carrie has expanded her practice to include family law matters, because she thrives when helping clients through stressful times. When not practicing law, Carrie is likely camping with her husband, travelling internationally, or spending time with friends.
Bo brings over a decade of experience from the healthcare industry and more than seven years of direct, hands-on operational leadership. He has held roles as Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, Chief Executive Officer for a leading outpatient physical and occupational therapy organization in Montana.
Bo is a proven leader in scaling business, spearheading change management initiatives, and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies that drive results. He holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy, a master’s degree in business administration, and is passionate about building high performing teams, thriving cultures, and fine tuning business structure to promote quality and sustainable growth.
Eric is one of several attorneys in his family, so it’s fair to say that he has been immersed in legal thinking since before he could speak. Eric graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2018, and has focused his practice as a family law attorney and criminal defense attorney with specialization in DUI Defense law.
Eric focuses his practice on family law matters as well as criminal defense throughout Montana. Eric brings his enthusiasm and competitive nature from prior athletics into his representation for his clients. He is an avid outdoorsman.
Shena spent most of her early years in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in biology and a philosophy minor. Her mother's family has been in Montana for 4 generations, and she joined them in Montana shortly after finishing her undergraduate studies. She graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2014, and began working in criminal defense and general civil practice in Livingston.
She joined the State Office of the Public Defender in Helena in 2017, where she maintained a winning trial record. Shena began a solo practice in 2019, focusing on criminal defense from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies and appeals throughout western Montana. In 2022, she joined the Federal Defenders of Montana, representing indigent people charged with federal crimes, where she stayed until joining Judnich Law Office in 2024.
Shena has extensive trial, motions, and courtroom experience in courts across the state, from city courts to the Supreme Court of Montana, and federal courts. When she's not in the office or the courtroom, she is roaming the trails, backroads, and ski hills, thinking about how to get the best possible outcome for her clients.
Janell grew up in Townsend, MT and graduated from Montana State University in 2009 with a degree in political science and a minor in sociology. In 2014, she earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in Orange County, California, before returning to her roots in Montana.
Janell has experience in different areas, including workers' compensation and family law, as she is passionate about helping families navigate complex legal issues with compassion and clarity. She has experience with high conflict divorces and has specialized as a mediator, fostering constructive dialogue and resolution in family law disputes.
Cale is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. He majored in Exercise Physiology concentrated in Biomechanics, and minored in Psychology. Following his graduation, Cale has dedicated himself to a pursuit of a career in the legal field.
Having grown up in Bozeman, and with strong ties to the area, Cale is excited to help contribute to the community with the Judnich Law office. In addition to his legal endeavor, Cale has officiated basketball for ten years, and currently officiates at the college men’s level. In his free time, Cale enjoys sports, cooking fine cuisine, hobby architecture, and learning other new skills.
Olivia grew up in Palatine, Illinois and lived there until moving to Montana for college in 2020. At Montana State University, she completed degrees in Criminology and Photography, graduating in May of 2024.
Since graduation, Olivia has worked 2 legal assistant positions and realized her passion for working in the legal field, leading her to Judnich Law Office. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exploring National Parks, mountain drives, attending concerts and spending time with her cats.
