Former University of Montana Grizzly Football running back, Beau Donaldson appeared before Judge Karen Townsend in Missoula to plead guilty to sexual intercourse without consent. This charge stems from allegations in September, 2010 that Donaldson raped a woman. The State of Montana has advised the Court that they will seek a 30 year sentence consisting of 10 years in prison followed by 20 years of probation. The defense will be seeking a lesser sentence. Sentencing is scheduled for November 13, 2012, where the victim may testify before the court and make her own suggestion for sentence.
