Our office has completed the first week of testimony in the Zane Johnson vs. American Honda product liability civil jury trial in Missoula Federal Court. At the end of Thursday the Plaintiff rested our case in chief. The Defense began their case on Friday and will continue through this coming week. The trial surrounds an alleged assembly defect the Plaintiff asserts caused a steering condition in the Plaintiff’s ATV that caused him to suffer significant injuries during a crash.
